Does a camera survey include unblocking and repairs?
Only when the written scope includes them. A blocked or flooded run may need clearance before a camera can inspect it. Clearance, survey reporting and subsequent repairs should be itemised.
Is the blocked drain my responsibility?
It depends on where the blockage is and which properties the pipe serves. A public or shared sewer may be the sewerage company’s responsibility. Describe the affected properties and check the responsible company’s guidance before paying for private work.
