Give Mayfair the reported defects, access contact and approval arrangements. We can help coordinate repairs and between-tenancy maintenance, with priorities and additional work agreed before the job moves forward.
For landlords, letting agents and property managers arranging maintenance for occupied or vacant homes. No booking or payment until scope, availability and price are agreed.
Your visit, explained
Small problem. Sorted from £85.
From £85 including VAT
Call-out, assessment and labour to fix a small, straightforward issue on the first visit.
For safely accessible faults that can be resolved on the first visit. Parts, materials and further work are quoted separately for your approval.
An appointment that suits you
Tell us your postcode and preferred timing. We’ll check availability and arrange the visit with you.
If a first-visit fix isn’t possible, the agreed visit charge still covers the call-out and assessment. We explain the fault and quote any parts, further investigation or larger repair for your approval.
We’ll give you the full visit price when you book. There is no additional call-out fee on top of that price.
Workmanship, warranties and specialist work
Any workmanship guarantee is set out in your written quotation: the work covered, duration, exclusions and how to report a problem. Product warranties follow the manufacturer’s terms. A repair does not automatically guarantee the whole existing system. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Gas work must be carried out by an appropriately qualified Gas Safe registered engineer. Electrical and unvented hot-water work need the relevant competence and certification where required. Mayfair matches the work to the appropriate specialist.
Send your job list, postcode and preferred timing. We’ll review the work, explain the next step and arrange a visit where needed.

A more useful first enquiry
Three things to tell Mayfair.
01
Establish authority
Tell us who instructs and approves expenditure. A tenant’s report and a landlord’s authorisation are different parts of the job record.
02
Arrange access
State whether the property is occupied, who arranges the visit and any key arrangements. Share sensitive access details privately once the appointment is agreed.
03
Define the handover
Provide the check-in date or other target, then agree priorities and the completion information needed. An enquiry alone does not reserve a contractor or deadline.
Central and west London
Tell us where the work is needed.
Mayfair, Marylebone, Kensington, Chelsea, Notting Hill and Belgravia enquiries are welcome. Availability is confirmed for your postcode and trade. These are service areas, not separate Mayfair offices.

Requesting a quote is free. If the fault needs an on-site diagnosis, we explain the visit charge before you book. Repairs, call-outs and inspections are chargeable.

Can you quote from an inventory or inspection list?+
Use the enquiry to describe the list and the intended deadline. Mayfair can arrange how to receive supporting documents and identify which items can be scoped remotely and which need a visit. Avoid putting tenant-sensitive information in the initial public form.
What happens after I send my enquiry?+
Mayfair reviews the brief and contacts you about the next step. Keep your submission reference. Confirm the scope, full price, access and timing before approving a visit or work.
Can I arrange urgent attendance?+
Call to discuss current availability. No fixed response time or 24-hour cover is promised. This online form is not an emergency response service; do not wait for an online reply if there is an immediate risk.
