Legal
Restorations is instructed in writing. If the job needs a contract, a lease consent, a licence or a party wall award, we coordinate it with the adviser who is allowed to give that advice. We are not a law firm.

Property services
Older fabric repaired so it still looks like the building, not a replacement that pretends.
On the job

London
Brick and sash
Elevation as found. Repair, not a new face.

London
Rear elevation
The back of the house. Pointing and openings kept.

London
The facade
Bay, stucco, the street front.
Private
Townhouses, flats and period homes. We repair what can be saved and say clearly when a section has to be renewed.
Commercial
Listed and older commercial buildings need the same honesty: what is original, what is later, and what the planner will accept.
On every instruction
Restorations is instructed in writing. If the job needs a contract, a lease consent, a licence or a party wall award, we coordinate it with the adviser who is allowed to give that advice. We are not a law firm.
If restorations touches gas, electrics, fire, structure, asbestos or a building you let, the certificate or the duty is named before anyone starts. It is not left until the end.
One desk stays with you after you instruct us. You are not passed between strangers. When the next step is needed, we say so and we do it.
Restorations is taken in London and globally. Same desk. The local licence, the local professional and the local rule are named for that country before anyone is sent.
Where we work
London first. Then the towns around it. Then the same instruction wherever the building is.

Older offices and retail units are scoped the same way, with planning constraints named before the price.
