London repairs, 24 hours a day
Planned repairs & void works
Quoted work after a leak, a void, or a list of small jobs — not a design-and-build studio.
Typical jobs
- Void make-ready for agents
- List of small repairs in one visit
- Bathroom or making-good after water
- Photo notes and one invoice
Refurb here means planned repairs: a void list, making-good after a leak, a bathroom that needs more than a first-visit tap. We quote after we have seen the rooms. We do not sell loft conversions, extensions or a fixed-price whole-flat package from this page. Agents send the list to sales@mayfairpropertyservicesldn.com or call 020 4571 4235.
Eligible small accessible jobs from £85 including VAT. We confirm what that covers before the visit.
