Legal

Measured survey is instructed in writing. If the job needs a contract, a lease consent, a licence or a party wall award, we coordinate it with the adviser who is allowed to give that advice. We are not a law firm.

Compliance

If measured survey touches gas, electrics, fire, structure, asbestos or a building you let, the certificate or the duty is named before anyone starts. It is not left until the end.

Support
